You can collect as soon as you receive the confirmation message, which is typically sent around 2pm. This means collections are not impacted by Christmas trading hours.

Please expect the site to request any additional collections before closing for the holiday season. However, we highly recommend calling the site directly to double-check when they will need their last collection.

For collections on the 24th, 26th, and 31st of December, your scheduled collection time will be updated to align with the store’s Christmas trading hours. Please check the Sainsbury’s store locator page for holiday period trading hours before heading out for your collection. Note that collections will occur 15 minutes before the store closes.
