The answer is… false!
It’s only natural to want to help, but with loose or unlabelled items like bakery goods, you should never guess the allergens. Even a well-meaning answer could put someone with an allergy at risk.
The safest thing is to do is to direct them to the Olio allergen page (it’s linked when you select your collection slot). That’s where all the allergen information lives – it must always be available to the requester, and this is the safest way to share it 💚
